Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the Fibi mobile app and the Fibi Pro subscription. Fibi is developed and published by NSA Teknoloji San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (NSA Teknoloji). By using the app you accept these terms.

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies, together with these terms. How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy policy.

Fibi lets you record your spending, belongings, income and investments and make decisions with them. The app works without an account and your records are kept on your device. Linking an account is optional; it makes Fibi Pro turn on on your other devices too. Sync between devices will come in a later update.

Recording, analysis and backups are free; sync between devices will be free too when it arrives. Some cloud features that cost us to run (understanding with AI, cloud speech recognition, reading product links, price tracking) come with daily or count limits on the free plan and wider limits with Fibi Pro.

• Fibi Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. The current price is the one the store shows in the app before you buy; taxes included.
• The yearly subscription includes a 7-day free trial while the store offers it. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the paid period starts. Buying a subscription during a trial ends the rest of the trial.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. We never see your card or payment details.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel any time in the store’s settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions) or in the app under Profile → Fibi Pro → Manage subscription. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by the store under its rules (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: Play’s refund policy). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Buying needs no account; it is tied to your store account. On a new device, use Restore purchases. If you link a Fibi account, Pro also turns on on your other devices under that account.

The limits of the free and Pro plans are shown on the Fibi Pro screen in the app. At a limit you keep recording; only that cloud feature pauses for the day. Your data is never locked: if Pro ends, extra tracked links are not deleted, only no longer checked.

Pro’s wider limits are for fair use. We may adjust limits reasonably to prevent abuse of the service; a change never reduces what you have already paid for in the current period.

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not send excessive automated requests to our servers or try to get around limits or security measures.
• Do not copy or resell the app or the server interfaces to build a service of your own.

Fibi may use AI to understand a sentence; the result is always shown to you before saving and is saved only when you confirm it. Information from AI and from product links can be wrong; checking it before saving is up to you.

Investment prices come from public sources and can be delayed or incomplete. Calculations and suggestions in Fibi are not investment, tax or financial advice.

We build Fibi with care but cannot guarantee it will run without interruption or errors. Since your records live on your device, we recommend keeping backups (the app makes a local backup every day; you can export JSON).

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. This does not limit your rights under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 or other mandatory law.

When we update these terms, we change the date at the top of this page. We announce important changes that affect your subscription in the app in advance; if you do not accept them, you can cancel your subscription.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent for your claims.
